CE marking training

Our training packages are designed bespoke to your business and can span from a half-day to a full week or more, depending upon the level of detail you require. Designing the training package relevant to your requirements is included in the cost of our training. Every course is written bespoke for your business, ensuring no generic seminars or irrelevant topics. Examples of courses are below but do not hesitate to contact us to discuss how we can help you.

Course details

Seminars with a duration of half a day can be provided on an expenses-only basis to any client. If you have the need for longer training, just give us a call and we can chat about how we can help.

CE marking for machinery

Our course provides the knowledge and experience to understand the requirements of the machinery directive. The course aims to provide information, knowledge, and experience to help achieve competence to design, purchase or modify machinery following the European Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), and associated directives or with the equivalent UK regulations. It also educates participants on achieving compliance by CE or UKCA marking.

System integrators and complex assemblies

Complex assemblies are combined machinery incorporating two or more interconnected machines for specific applications. We will ensure that you, the integrators and the designers of ‘partly completed machinery’, have sufficient knowledge to integrate machines and declare compliance for the complex assembly as a whole.

Application of functional safety to machinery systems

We give users, engineers and designers of safety-related control systems the knowledge and experience to develop compliant and validated Functional Safety Systems under BS EN ISO 13849-1, BS EN 62061 and BS EN 61508. We demonstrate practical methods of verification and validation of systems.

Low voltage and control system panels

This course is entirely adaptable to your level of technical knowledge. It spans from simple assessment to full design and manufacturing of compliant systems and panels to PUWER regulation 18 and the Low Voltage Directive.

We provide you with the knowledge and competence to design and manufacture control panels compliant with European Harmonised Standards (EN 60204-1:2018), European Union directives and good engineering practice.
