MSCS Acquires New Premises

We are excited to announce that our team has moved to a new location in Wellingborough. This is almost a double celebration for us, after completing our first ten years in business at our previous address, we are moving onwards and upwards.

We spent the previous years in the old Unilever Research Lab in Finedon, a building about 2 miles away from our new location. Our old office served us well, and we made great memories (and an EMC lab!) there, but we couldn't be more excited about our new space.

 The new office is actually a multipurpose building well suited to our expanding services. Left is a picture taken by John that shows some of our cooler internal space.  We're excited about the new facilities and the advantages it will have for us to better respond to our customers’ needs and to our customers by ensuring the absolute  quality we aspire to maintain.

 While we were happy with our old lab, affectionately known as the “ranch”, there were several motivating factors to make a move:

Space. 
When we first moved into our last office, there were three of us and plenty of room.  When we left, there were ten of us, the latest EMC test equipment, Electromagnetic Field analysers, two 400m depth test chambers, vacuum chambers, environmental simulation chambers, the list goes on. And space was getting tight.

The new office not only offers more square footage, but more importantly it allowed us to rethink our layout. Create additional secure clean room environments for lab work, training rooms and dedicated office and administration block.  Overall, we now have a more compartmentalised layout. 

The acquisition of new premises allowed us to build in new modern bespoke training rooms.
We now have on-site facilities boasting state of the art equipment. Our modern training facilities are ideal for delegates to learn in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Visibility. 
We are now closer to the center of one of  Northampton's business and technology districts, making us much more accessible to our clients.
We will still be retaining the use of our rural 8 acre site for EMC testing.

The location lets our team take advantage of all the offerings of Northamptonshire.  We're all huge advocates for this community, and we're excited that our office location now furthers that commitment. It has been an exciting ten years for us, and we look at this new location as the start of another chapter in our history.  We're still working on getting settled in and adding artwork to the walls, but we're incredibly excited to be in the new space.  We'll be hosting a welcome party soon for our local clients, and if you're in the area, feel free to stop in and say hi!
